I am an Auburn University graduate with over 8 years experience in the real estate arena.  I began my real estate career in Atlanta, GA as a production assistant for one of the largest home builders in the nation. I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.  I started my professional career in 1974 when I was offered an opportunity in the lawn & garden industry in Houston, Texas.  That industry brought me to the great state of Alabama in 1983 as an exclusive distributor for a top power equipment line.  

In 1989, my real estate endeavors began and have included the development of The Pines Golf Course, multiple subdivisions, shopping centers, warehouses, residential/commercial construction, etc...as well as multiple advisory roles for residential/commercial/industrial/financial institutions.   

In 1994, after 3 years of practicing real estate as a licensed agent...I, along with my wife Melissa Wall, opened Sun Real Estate, Inc.  Since '94 we have remained an active presence in the local market...making Sun Real Estate, Inc. one of the oldest, most experienced real estate firms in the area.  By far, the most rewarding part of the past 18 years has been having the opportunity to turn customers into life-long friends!
